How to be safe on the Internet

We start each new year with eTwinning and Erasmus projects by recalling the rules of safety on the Internet. We use various online tools during the implementation of project tasks, so this knowledge is essential. Last year, all the teams created posters concerning cyber safety rules. Read them and then take the quiz which you can find under the posters. Write your score in the comment below this post.

Dear partners,

This is a post I'd never imagine I would write...but sometimes we should expect the unexpected and try to move on. We had been waiting for 7th March for a long time as this is the date we had chosen for your arrival in Sicily. 

We are very sorry our mobility to Italy had to be cancelled due to the global sanitary crisis we are experiencing with Covid19. The Italian team had been working hard to offer a great programme to the 5 delegations of the other countries and was looking forward to hosting all the participants in Misterbianco, but unfortunately we will have to wait until the situation gets better and there are no concerns.

We wish we could have given you a fantastic time but fear not...we hope we will be able postpone the visit to May! All the teachers involved are trying their best to arrange everything again and we really hope we will break good news to you soon!

Croatia and Spain met one rainy morning to collaborate on a drawing. The topic was literature so the Croatian pupil drew Hlapić and the Spanish pupil drew Don Quixote. It was so much fun. Here are the video and some photos.

Modern Wonders Survey

The Spanish Team is busy preparing the activities for the workshops that they are going to do during the meeting in Italy in March. Last week, both teachers and pupils did a survey in Google Forms where they had to choose two important monuments from Spain. The 2 winner monuments were "The Alhambra" and "Dama Oferente". In Italy they will create an interactive map with the monuments from the different countries working in international teams.

Christmas recipes and guessing game!

The main Christmas activity for our project was a guessing game!
Each partner chose 2 traditional Christmas dishes, one main dish and one dessert.
Then they uploaded a photo of each dish in a common Voicethread presentation but without mentioning the name of the dishes!
All the partners watched the photos of the dishes and tried to guess the ingredients! They wrote and recorded their guesses!!! After the Christmas holidays, each partner read and listened to the guesses and revealed the correct ingredients as well as the winner for each dish!!!
It was a fun festive activity!!!

Project Day in Zambrów

On January 17, 2020, we organized another Project Day. This time we summarized our student exchange in Cyprus. In the beginning, the participants of the meeting in Chloraka talked about their impressions, presented the effects of their work and presented traditional Cypriot games. Then everyone watched a film documenting the stay of our delegation in Cyprus.
