eSafety

When students work and communicate online, it is imperative that they know the rules for the right use of the Internet and how to protect themselves from possible dangers! They should also know how to communicate online in the right way following the Netiquette Rules!
So each partner started a poster on a different issue related to eSafety (on postermywall). Then the other partners contributed to it!
The result: 6 collaborative posters on eSafety and good and responsible digital citizens!

Our schools

It's funny how students often assume that all schools work in the same way as their own!!!
Well, it was time to find out if this was true or not!!!
Each partner created a short animoto presentation of the school with some photos of it. These presentations were uploaded on a padlet in Twinspace. Students watched all these presentations and asked questions about them!!!

How many students are there in your school? How many teachers? 'So many???????!!!!!!'

When do you start lessons in the morning? When do you have lunch?
What foreign languages do you learn? What sports do you play?

Well, our schools can be very different!!! But our students all want to know more, learn the world around them and make good friends!!!

Getting to know our partners' countries/cities better

The first step was to present our country and city with a short presentation or video prepared by the students. The presentations were uploaded on Twinspace and all partners could watch them.
Then each partner started a mind map with popplet (a collaborative web 2.0 tool). The other partners added the information they had watched on the presentations but also other information they searched and found on the Net!
It was a very intriguing way to get to know our partners' countries and cities!!! Lots of fun, too!!!
